<p><span style="font-family: Verdana,Arial; color: #111111; font-size: xx-small;"><strong>PREPARAÇÃO</strong> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Verdana,Arial; color: #111111; font-size: xx-small;"> De  véspera, salgue a carne. No dia, passe-a por água e coza-a com os  bagudos e metade do azeite. Quando estiver tudo cozido, retire os  bagudos, a carne e coe a água.<br />
Nessa água, coza a cebola picada, a cenoura, as batatas, a abóbora e o nabo (tudo em cubos pequenos).<br />
Pele  os tomates, retire as sementes e junte ao preparado. Quando estiver  cozido, acrescente o feijão verde e a carne cortados aos bocadinhos e os  bagudos que já estavam cozidos. Adicione o resto do azeite, rectifique o  tempero e deixe ferver.</span></p>

Coza  o feijão e a carne com metade do azeite. Quando o feijão estiver  cozido, triture metade e passe por um coador fino. Corte metade da carne  em pedacinhos e a outra metade em fatias finas.<br />
À parte, coza as  batatas, a cenoura, a cebola e o alho. Junte a esta, a água do feijão  coado e triture tudo. Misture a couve ripada, o resto do azeite, o nabo  aos quadrados e deixe cozer.<br />
Por fim, acrescente a carne aos pedacinhos e o restante feijão.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Verdana,Arial; color: #111111; font-size: xx-small;"> Refogue a cebola e o alho picados, com a carne cortada aos cubos. Tempere com o sal e metade do azeite.<br />
Em  seguida, acrescente água, até cozer a carne. Quando estiver cozida,  junte as batatas cortadas aos quadrados, deixando-as cozer até quase se  desfazerem.<br />
Junte a cenoura aos quadrados, as castanhas, o arroz, o resto do azeite e deixe cozer.</span></p>
